1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1tsp baking soda
2 tbsp melted butter
Juice and zest from 1 large orange.

Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/2 the zest.
Beat with electric beaters until creamy.
Pour batter into foil lined tin.
Bake 170c approx 1 hour 15 mins.
Use the remaining zest to make chocolate frosting.
