Here's one: Jello Pinwheels.

Make a package of any flavor Jello. Pour in two cups of mini marshmallows while it's hot. Then stir until melted. Pour in a greased cookie sheet then put in the refrigerator.

While cooling, marshmallows float to the top. When it's solid, cut into strips then roll up.

Apple juice can be used to make the Jello.

Another is rice crispy cookies. Just get a big box of rice crispies (generic is fine) and a recipe should be on the box.

Nothers are good, similar to smores but I like them better. To make them, melt some marshmallows then place them between graham crackers and drip with chocolate. They're very good.

On a Nilla wafers box there's a recipe for banana wafer pudding. You'll need a blunt knife. Be sure you eat it soon since the wafers get soggy after a while.
